During our startup period, we currently roast on Mondays and Thursdays, and ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Since starting up the roasting equipment uses quite a lot of energy, we prefer to keep it efficient and sustainable for now. Once things get busier, we’ll gladly expand our roasting days to serve you even faster. 🌱
Who am i?
Roy here! Crazy about coffee, less crazy about climbing stairs. I am in a wheelchair but fortunately I have found my way in roasting beans something I can still do myself, despite some physical limitations. I am working on turning my hobby into my job, because I love coffee so much. In my own workshop I roast each batch with care, attention and taste. Because good coffee also works just fine while sitting down.
