Shipping Policy – Rovala Coffee

At Rovala Coffee, we do everything we can to process your order carefully and quickly. Below you’ll find all information about our shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs.


1. Shipping costs

For shipping within the Netherlands we apply the following rates:

  • Standard shipping (PostNL / DHL / DPD): €4.95

  • Free shipping from €50

  • Pick-up on location: Free (by appointment in Herkenbosch)

Note: shipping costs may differ during special promotions or for products with non-standard sizes/weights.


2. Delivery time

Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are generally shipped the same day.
Average delivery time within the Netherlands: 2–3 working days.

Please note: during busy periods (such as holidays or promotions) delivery may take a little longer.


3. Carriers

We ship our parcels with reliable partners such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD. As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.


4. Pick-up

Prefer to pick up your order? That’s possible by appointment at the address below:

5. Delayed delivery

If your order is delayed or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You then have the right to cancel the order free of charge.


6. Received the wrong or a damaged product?

That shouldn’t happen. In that case, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@rovalakoffie.nl with your order number and photos of the product/packaging. We’ll provide an appropriate solution.
