Returns and Refunds Policy – Rovala Coffee

We hope you’re happy with your purchase from Rovala Coffee. Have you changed your mind, or is something wrong with your order? Then you can use our return policy. Read below how it works.


1. Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day after you (or a third party designated by you) have physically received the product.


2. Exceptions to returns

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:

  • Products that spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life (such as freshly roasted coffee beans)
  • Opened or damaged packaging of hygiene or food products
  • Personalized or custom-made products

3. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
  • The return shipment must reach us within 14 days after you notified us of the return

Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return with your parcel.


4. Return procedure

  1. Register your return via email: info@rovalakoffie.nl
  2. Send the product well packaged and sufficiently stamped to:

  3. Always keep the proof of shipment of your return.

Note: return shipping costs are at your own expense.


5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • You will receive the full purchase amount back within 14 days (including any shipping costs of the original shipment).
  • Refunds are made via the same payment method you used, unless otherwise agreed.

If we have not yet received your return, we may delay the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment.


6. Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@rovalakoffie.nl. Include your order number and attach photos of the product and/or packaging. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or a refund.
